We want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your Peloton Apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and Canadian postal code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your apparel in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any Canada Post location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
